Lake Tahoe 2005

I was really supposed to be attending a conference but this early morning I couldn't bear the halls and lectures and took off on a little side trip to the clear crisp views of Lake Tahoe. I drove around the lake, stopping often and taking a few selected hikes along the way. I meant to be back by the afternoon sessions, but was instead enchanted by this magic place.
